Why do our hydrogen generator kits work?

Our hydrogen generator kits work as they are "advanced fuel injector" hydrogen kits. They inject hydrogen into the combustion chamber as a fuel additive to help the gasoline or diesel fuel burn more completely. Sure, we have a electrolysis hydrogen kit. But we provide the hydrogen additive via the vehicles natural air/fuel (gas or diesel) mixture. We use the vehicle's natural motor vacuum to not only deliver the air mixture, but also deliver the hydrogen additive in the same manner. The result is better MPG and 80% less emissions as emissions are a sign of unburnt fuel and if you have less emissions, you have way better fuel economy.

Gasoline burns incompletely in your vehicles engine. It burns more completely at a higher temperature, higher than you motor runs at normally. This is why cars have emissions. If you run your motor hotter like you can with a advanced and proper hydrogen kit due to the slight water vapour that is also provided by the electrolysis kit, then this does keep your motor within proper operating specs temperature wise without overheating.

The result of this is burning the fuel way more complete and this translates to better MPG and less emissions.

So hydrogen is no magical fuel.

But if you apply it right as we do off the throttle body of the motor, as a direct fuel injector additive, then it has the properties to allow the engine to run hotter in a lean condition without overheating the motor. An example might be the UNSW experiment with injecting hydrogen into a semi-diesel engine via drilled holes in the engine block at the cylinders to inject the hydrogen there via compressed hydrogen canisters, delivering the gas at a preset PSI for fuel injection.

We do the same thing but deliver the gas for fuel injection via the vehicles natural motor vacuum. Our kit took 8 or 9 years to make and came about in the year 2010 or 2011. It existed in the US til 2016 which is when we became the resellers for FGS hydrogen kits in Canada. The kits were continually improved til 2023 by adding the titanium core, wireless rf, freeze technology, hydrogen gas cut off safety switch.

Sure we have an electrolysis kit... But it makes gas cheaply, easily all you have to do is add water and a little bit of chemical. So the point is it makes gas just fine. Easily, cheaply, all the hydrogen gas you want. IT is HOW you apply it to the vehicles engine. If you break engineering specs of the vehicle by drilling a hole in the air box chances are that is NOT going to work. Infact a lot of people have seen this. The backyard garage HHO kit is good for maybe your portable stove, without all the engineering specs that apply to a complex piece of gear like an ICE. You can easily hook it up and get a flame on a stove. There is no complicated electronics or PCV valve which regulates the flow of hydrogen in the mix. With a stove there is no PCV valve or air box which constantly restricts, limits, or varies the flow of hydrogen gas to the motor for 1. There are a few other flaws with the garage hydrogen kit we/you have seen, but this is the obvious one. So the backyard kit is good for a kitchen stove, hot water heater, something like that, a science lesson.

So using the vehicles natural motor vacuum to deliver the hydrogen additive is the proper way to do it. Another misconception is you power the vehicle with the hydrogen gas. Not true for any hydrogen kit and never will be. The hydrogen gas is an additive. A ICE is NOT meant to run on hydrogen gas. It is engineered to run on gas or diesel which has completely different charastics than hydrogen. So this is one reason. A motor is not engineered to run on hydrogen. So you can never power the engine via hydrogen and it wont work. It will work to condition the fuel in the combustion chamber so your engine burns the fuel completely giving better MPG but that is the principle we or our kits use and employ.
